THE STANDING COMMITTEE ON has the honour to present its FIRST REPORT Pursuant to the mandate conferred on it by House of Commons Standing Order 108(3)(d) and section 88 of the Official Languages Act, the Standing Committee on Official Languages has examined the matter of the role and responsibilities of the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications in developments in the area of Official Languages in Canada and has agreed on the following observations and recommendations: |
