Financial Authorities Delegated
to the Minister
The Minister responsible for CIDA may authorize programs or projects (excluding GST and successor taxes) for the Channels noted below, including:
-
amendments (including cost increases and changes in scope) to those programs or projects originally approved by CIDA or the Minister, up to 25% of the Minister's level of delegated authority ($20,000,000) for a maximum of $5,000,000; and
-
amendments (including cost increases and changes in scope) to those programs or projects originally approved by Treasury Board, up to 25% of the Treasury Board approved value of the program or project.
