THE STANDING COMMITTEE ON has the honour to present its In accordance with its mandate under Standing Order 108(3)(c), your committee established a sub-committee and assigned it the responsibility of examining the matters relating to children and youth at risk in Canada. The Sub-Committee studied the status of Aboriginal children 0 to 6 years of age and submitted its report to the Committee. Your committee adopted the following report which reads as follows: |
