The Standing Committee on Aboriginal Affairs, Northern Development and Natural Resources met at 11:06 a.m. this day, in Room 208, West Block, the Chair, Raymond Bonin, presiding.

Member(s) of the Committee present:  Gérard Binet, Raymond Bonin, Serge Cardin, John Finlay, John Godfrey, Nancy Karetak-Lindell, Guy St-Julien.

In attendance: From the Library of Parliament: Jean-Luc Bourdages and Mary Hurley, researchers.

Pursuant to Standing Order 39 (5)(b), written questions # 81, 82 referred to the Committee on January 28, 2002.

Debate arose thereon.

At 11:18 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
