The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That the First Report from the Subcommittee on Agenda and Procedure, which read as follows, be concurred in:

Your Subcommittee met on Tuesday, February 23, 2016, to consider the business of the Committee and agreed to make the following recommendations:

1. That, the Committee amend the routine motion on the Subcommittee on Agenda and Procedure, adopted on 16 February, 2016, to read as follows:

- That the Subcommittee on Agenda and Procedure be established and be composed of the Chair, the two Vice-Chairs, a member of the government, and a member of the Official Opposition.

2. That, pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(g), the Committee undertake the study of Report 1, Implementing Gender-Based Analysis, of the Fall 2015 Report of the Auditor General of Canada; and that witnesses be invited to appear before the Committee.

3. That, pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(g), the Committee undertake the study of Report 4, Information Technology Shared Services, of the Fall 2015 Report of the Auditor General of Canada; and that witnesses be invited to appear before the Committee.

4. That, pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(g), the Committee undertake the study of Report 5, Canadian Armed Forces Housing, of the Fall 2015 Report of the Auditor General of Canada; and that witnesses be invited to appear before the Committee.

5. That, pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(g), the Committee undertake the study of Report 6, Canada Pension Plan Disability Program, of the Fall 2015 Report of the Auditor General of Canada; and that witnesses be invited to appear before the Committee.

6. That, pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(g), the Committee undertake more studies of the Fall 2015 Report of the Auditor General of Canada if time permits, at the discretion of the Committee.

It was agreed, — That the Canadian Comprehensive Auditing Foundation (CCAF) be invited to appear on Tuesday, March 8, 2016 for a briefing session.

It was agreed, — That the Clerk may modify the proposed schedule of meetings if the witnesses are not available at the requested time.

At 9:41 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
