| On June 10, 2008, an article published in the Ottawa Citizen and the National Post made reference to the confidential draft report of the committee in advance of its presentation to the House of Commons. The article refers to information contained in the draft report, including citing text from a number of recommendations. | Dans un article paru le 10 Juin 2008 dans le Ottawa Citizen et le National Post, on faisait référence au rapport provisoire confidentiel du Comité avant qu’il ne soit présenté à la Chambre des communes. Il était question dans cet article d’information figurant dans ce rapport provisoire, incluant la citation de textes de plusieurs recommandations. |
| In light of this matter, the Committee has reason to believe that a potential breach of privilege has occurred, and on June 12, 2008, the Committee adopted the following motion: | En conséquence, le Comité a des raisons de croire qu’il pourrait y avoir eu atteinte au privilège, et il a adopté la motion suivante le 12 juin 2008 : |
