Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Monday, October 23, 2023, the committee resumed its study of rights of victims of crime, reclassification and transfer of Federal Offenders.

Tim Danson made a statement and answered questions.

At 11:15 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 11:16 a.m., the sitting resumed.

The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

On motion of Jennifer O'Connell, it was agreed, — That the proposed budget in the amount of $3,000, for the study of rights of victims of crime, reclassification and transfer of Federal Offenders, be adopted.

At 12:46 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
