The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

It was agreed, — That the deadline for amendments to be submitted to the clerk of the committee for Bill C-61, An Act respecting water, source water, drinking water, wastewater and related infrastructure on First Nation lands, be 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 16, 2024.

It was agreed, — That the committee commence clause-by-clause consideration of Bill C-61, An Act respecting water, source water, drinking water, wastewater and related infrastructure on First Nation lands on Monday, October 21, 2024.

At 4:09 p.m., the meeting was suspended.

At 4:21 p.m., the meeting resumed in public.
