The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That the presence of Pierre Paul-Hus be authorized.

It was agreed, — That, with regard to the study of the criminalization of non-disclosure of HIV status, and the study on online hate, the clerk be authorized to organize panels of up to four organizations per sitting hour.

It was agreed, — That, with regard to the study of online hate, given the expectation of a more comprehensive selection of witnesses, the Committee invite the organizations that requested this study to appear.

It was agreed, — That, with regard to the study of the criminalization of non-disclosure of HIV status, the organizations which appear on the short list distributed today in committee be the ones invited to appear.

It was agreed, — That the written response to questions received from the Department of Justice on Monday, April 1, 2019, be released and posted on the Committee’s website.

At 9:16 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
