The Standing Committee on Public Accounts met in a televised session at 3:47 p.m. this day, in Room 253-D, Centre Block, the Chair, David Christopherson, presiding.

Members of the Committee present: Dan Albas, Malcolm Allen, Jay Aspin, David Christopherson, Ted Falk, Alain Giguère, Bryan Hayes, Scott Simms and Stephen Woodworth.

Acting Members present: Hon. Ron Cannan for John Carmichael.

Other Members present: Yvonne Jones.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(g) and the motions adopted by the Committee on Monday, December 2, 2013, and on Monday, February 10, 2014, the Committee commenced consideration of Chapter 2, Access to Online Services, of the Fall 2013 Report of the Auditor General of Canada, referred to the Committee on Tuesday, November 26, 2013.

Michael Ferguson, Corinne Charette, Carolina Giliberti, Dave Bennett, Charlotte Bastien and Éric Dagenais made statements and, with Rick Christopher, answered questions.

At 5:33 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
