The Standing Committee on Veterans Affairs met in camera at 9:57 a.m. this day, in Room 112-N, Centre Block, the Chair, Royal Galipeau, presiding.

 

Members of the Committee present: Royal Galipeau, Bryan Hayes, Pierre Lemieux, Wladyslaw Lizon, Ted Opitz, John Rafferty, Peter Stoffer and Frank Valeriote.

 

Acting Members present: Blaine Calkins for Hon. Laurie Hawn.

 

In attendance: Library of Parliament: Isabelle Lafontaine-Émond, Analyst; Jean-Rodrigue Paré, Analyst.

 
Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, February 17, 2015, the Committee resumed its study of the Continuum of Transition Services.
 

It was agreed, — That the testimony given by Kimberly Davis before the Committee on Tuesday, March 24, 2015, be deemed to have been given as an individual.

 

The Committee resumed consideration of a draft report.

 

It was agreed, — That the draft report, as amended, be adopted.

 

It was agreed, — That the report be entitled: "Continuum of Transition Services".

 

It was agreed, — That the Chair, Clerk and analysts be authorized to make such grammatical and editorial changes as may be necessary without changing the substance of the report.

 

ORDERED, — That the Chair present the report to the House.

 

It was agreed, — That, pursuant to Standing Order 109, the Committee request that the Government table a comprehensive response to the report.

 

At 10:18 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 10:19 a.m., the sitting resumed in public.

 

At 10:22 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
