The Chair presented the First Report from the Subcommittee on Agenda and Procedure which read as follows:
1. That the Committee invite witnesses from the various portfolios within Human Resources and Skills Development Canada (HRSDC), as well as the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) to provide an introductory briefing and respond to questions, and that the Committee adopt the following work plan:
