The Legislative Committee on Bill C-11 met in a televised session at 9:02 a.m. this day, in Room 253-D, Centre Block, the Chair, Glenn Thibeault, presiding.

 

Members of the Committee present: Charlie Angus, Scott Armstrong, Tyrone Benskin, Peter Braid, Paul Calandra, Dean Del Mastro, Pierre Dionne Labelle, Mike Lake, Phil McColeman, Hon. Rob Moore, Pierre Nantel, Hon. Geoff Regan and David Sweet.

 

Other Members present: Andrew Cash.

Pursuant to the Order of Reference of Monday, February 13, 2012, the Committee resumed consideration of Bill C-11, An Act to amend the Copyright Act.
 

Bill Skolnik, Don Conway and Ian MacKay made statements and answered questions.

 

At 10:34 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 10:40 a.m., the sitting resumed.
