2. That potential themes for the Water and Oil Sands study be Water Quantity and Quality, Technology, Impact of Climate Change, First Nations Issues (health), Governance, and Strategic Environmental Assessment.
3. That a draft list of potential witnesses be grouped in accordance to themes and location.
4. That the Chair prepare a draft budget for the studies on Water and Oil Sands and Review of Species at Risk Act including a separate budget for travel to Calgary, Fort McMurray, Fort Chippewan and other areas as required.
