Ms. Dhalla (Brampton—Springdale), seconded by Mr. Bagnell (Yukon), moved, — That, in the opinion of the House, the Conservative government has broken its promise to reduce medical wait times and to provide the necessary funding and resources to achieve the goals of the First Ministers’ Accord on Health Care Renewal.

Debate arose thereon.
