| Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the Committee has considered matters relating to the Future of the Canadian Television Fund and report the following: | Conformément à l'article 108(2) du Règlement, le comité a étudié des questions relatives à l'avenir du Fonds canadien de la télévision et fait rapport de ce qui suit: |
| The Standing Committee on Canadian Heritage recommends to the government: - that any structural and core policy changes directly affecting Canada's telecommunications policy or Canada's broadcasting policy be subject to votes in the House of Commons before they can take effect. | Le Comité permanent du patrimoine canadien recommande au gouvernement : - que toute réorientation fondamentale ou structurelle ayant une incidence directe sur la politique canadienne sur les télécommunications ou sur la radiodiffusion soit mise aux voix à la Chambre des communes avant d’être mise en œuvre. |
