Members of the Committee present: Hon. Mauril Bélanger, Joe Comartin, Ed Fast, Carole Freeman, Tom Lukiwski, Marcel Lussier, Rob Moore, Rick Norlock and Bernard Patry. |

Witnesses: Canadian Centre for Abuse Awareness: John Muise, Director, Public Safety. |
Pursuant to the Order of Reference of Thursday, April 5, 2007, the Committee resumed consideration of Bill C-27, An Act to amend the Criminal Code (dangerous offenders and recognizance to keep the peace). |
John Muise made a statement and answered questions. |
