Members of the Committee present: France Bonsant, Sarmite Bulte, Jean Crowder, Nina Grewal, Helena Guergis, Susan Kadis, Anita Neville, Paddy Torsney and Lynne Yelich. |

Witnesses: As an Individual: Carmen Paquette, Gender Equality Consultant. Status of Women Canada: Nanci-Jean Waugh, Director, Communications and Consulations; Hélène Dwyer-Renaud, Director, Gender-Based Analysis. |
