Standing Committee on Canadian Heritage met in a televised session at 9:08 a.m.
this day, in Room 237-C, Centre Block, the Chair, Clifford Lincoln, presiding.

Pursuant to Standing Order
108(2), the Committee resumed its study on the State of the Canadian
Broadcasting System. (See Minutes of Proceedings dated November 7, 2002, meeting
no. 2).
The witnesses made
statements on Cross-Media Ownership and Foreign Ownership and answered
questions.
At 11:38 a.m., the sitting
was suspended.
At 11:40 a.m., the
Committee proceeded to meet in camera.
At 12:00 p.m., the
Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
