The Standing Committee on Citizenship and Immigration met at 8:12 a.m. this day, in Winnipeg at the Radisson Suites Hotel Winnipeg Airport in Ballroom ABC, the Chair, Joe Fontana, presiding.

 

Members of the Committee present:  Joe Fontana, Lynne Yelich.

 

Acting Member present:  Andrew Telegdi for David Price.

 

Other Member present:  Judy Wasylycia-Leis.

In attendance:  From the Research Branch of the Library of Parliament:  Benjamin Dolin, Researcher.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the Committee resumed its study on Settlement and Integration Programs (see Minutes of Proceedings, Monday, February 10, 2003, Meeting No. 20).

At 10:10 a.m. the sitting was suspended.

At 10:25 a.m. the sitting resumed.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the Committee resumed its study on Provincial/Territorial Nominee Programs (See Minutes of Proceedings, Monday, February 10, 2003, Meeting No. 18).

At 12:00 noon, the Committee adjourned until later this day.
