The Standing Committee on Citizenship and Immigration met at 10:38 a.m. this day, in the Nova Scotia AB Room, Casino Nova Scotia Hotel, Halifax, Nova Scotia, the Vice-Chair, Jerry Pickard, presiding.
Members of the Committee present: Diane Ablonczy, Yvon Charbonneau, Madeleine Dalphond-Guiral, Jerry Pickard.
Other Member present: Peter Stoffer.

Market Studies: Brian Lee Crowley, President.
Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the Committee resumed its study of Canada's Settlement and Integration
Programs (See Minutes of Proceedings, Monday, February 10, 2003, Meeting No.
20).
Brian Lee Crowley made a statement
and answered questions.
