Standing Committee on Human Resources Development and the Status of Persons
with Disabilities met in a televised session at 11:04 a.m. this day, in Room
253-D, Centre Block, the Vice-Chair, Diane St-Jacques, presiding.
Members of the Committee

Malhi, Anita Neville, Carol Skelton, Diane St-Jacques and Alan Tonks.

Pursuant to its Order of Reference dated December 3rd, 2001 and to
section 44 of the Employment Equity Act, the Committee resumed consideration of
the statutory review of the Act (See minutes of Proceedings of December11,
2001 – Meeting No.44)
The witnesses made opening
statements and answered questions.
At 11:49, the meeting was
suspended.
At 12:02, the meeting
resumed.
At 12:59 p.m., the
Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
