The Standing Committee on Finance met in a televised session at 5:15 p.m. this day, in Room 253-D, Centre Block, the Chair, Maurizio Bevilacqua, presiding.
Members of the Committee present: Sue Barnes, Carolyn Bennett, Maurizio Bevilacqua, Scott Brison, Roy Cullen, Ken Epp, Albina Guarnieri, Sophia Leung, Shawn Murphy, Lorne Nystrom and Gary Pillitteri.
Acting Member present: Diane Bourgeois for Yvan Loubier.

Pursuant to Standing Order 83.1, the Committee continued its study on Pre-Budget Consultations.
Barry Turner and Brian T. Gray made opening statements and answered questions.
At 6:05 p.m., the sitting was suspended.
At 6:13 p.m., the sitting resumed.
Sandy Morrison, André Dion, Howard Thompson, William Gleberzon, Peter Woolford, Satya Poddar, David Penney and Jayson Myers made opening statements and, with the other witnesses, answered questions.
