Tuesday, April 13, 1999
The Sub-Committee on Human Rights and International Development of the Standing Committee of Foreign Affairs and International Trade met in camera at 3:38 p.m., this day, in Room 307, West Block, the Chair, Colleen Beaumier, presiding.
Members of the Sub-Committee present: Jean Augustine, Colleen Beaumier, Maud Debien and Svend Robinson.
In attendance: From the Parliamentary Research Branch of the Library of Parliament: James Lee and Gerald Schmitz, Research Officers.
Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the Sub-Committee proceeded to consider its future business.
At 4:00 p.m., the Sub-Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
