The Standing Committee on Human Resources Development and the Status of Persons with Disabilities met at 3:33 p.m. this day, in Room 371, West Block, the Vice-Chair, Bryon Wilfert, presiding.

Member(s) of the Committee present: Bonnie Brown, Hec Clouthier, Paul Crête, Dale Johnston, The Hon. Andy Scott, Maurice Vellacott and Bryon Wilfert.

Acting Member(s) present: Jocelyne Girard-Bujold for Bernard Bigras.

Other Member(s) present: Norman Doyle.
