The Standing Committee on Human Resources Development and the Status of Persons with Disabilities met at 11:08 a.m. this day, in Room 701, La Promenade Building, the Chair, Albina Guarnieri, presiding.

Hy Braiter made a statement and with the other witnesses from Human Resources Development Canada answered questions.
At 12:12 o'clock p.m. the sitting was suspended.
At 12:28 o'clock p.m. the sitting resumed.
Bruce Phillips, Ian Sinclair and Elizabeth Sanderson made a statement and with the other witnesses answered questions.
At 1:45 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
