Notice having been given at a previous sitting under the provisions of Standing Order 78(3), Mr. MacKinnon (Leader of the Government in the House of Commons), seconded by Mrs. Valdez (Minister of Small Business), moved, — That, in relation to Bill C-40, An Act to amend the Criminal Code, to make consequential amendments to other Acts and to repeal a regulation (miscarriage of justice reviews), not more than five further hours shall be allotted to the consideration at report stage and five hours shall be allotted to the consideration at third reading stage of the bill; and
