Extract from the Journals of the House of Commons of Tuesday, February 4, 1997:

By unanimous consent, Mr. Zed (Parliamentary Secretary to the Leader of the Government in the House of Commons), seconded by Mr. Kirkby (Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada)), moved,--That the Order of the House adopted December 12, 1996 concerning travel by the Standing Committee on Human Rights and the Status of Disabled Persons be amended by replacing the word ``February'' with the word ``March''.
