In accordance with Standing Orders 108(1) and 108(2), the Standing Committee on Health created a Sub-Committee on HIV/AIDS in November 1994. The Sub-Committee's First Report on its study on Compassionate Access to Investigational Therapies was concurred in by the Standing Committee and we have agreed to report to the House as follows:
