| In accordance with its Order of Reference
of Monday, June 17, 1996, your Committee has
considered Bill C-37, An Act to implement an
agreement between Canada and the Russian Fed
eration, a convention between Canada and the
Republic of South Africa, an agreement between
Canada and the United Republic of Tanzania, an
agreement between Canada and the Republic of
India and a convention between Canada and Uk
raine, for the avoidance of double taxation and
the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to
taxes on income, and has agreed to report it with
out amendment.

Conformément à son Ordre de renvoi du lundi
17 juin 1996, votre Comité a étudié le projet de loi
C-37, Loi mettant en oeuvre un accord conclu entre le
Canada et la Fédération de la Russie, une convention
conclue entre le Canada et la République sud-afri
caine, un accord conclu entre le Canada et la Républi
que-Unie de Tanzanie, un accord conclu entre le Can
ada et la République de l'Inde et une convention con
clue entre le Canada et l'Ukraine, en vue d'éviter les
doubles impositions et de prévenir l'évasion fiscale en
matière d'impôts sur le revenu, et a convenu d'en faire
rapport sans modification.
