Pursuant to Standing Order 45, the House proceeded to the taking of the deferred recorded division on the motion of Mr. Rock (Minister of Justice), seconded by Ms. Blondin-Andrew (Secretary of State (Training and Youth)),--That Bill C-84, An Act to provide for the review, registration, publication and parliamentary scrutiny of regulations and other documents and to make consequential and related amendments to other Acts, be referred forthwith to the Standing Committee on Government Operations.

The question was put on the motion and it was agreed to on division.

Accordingly, the Bill was referred to the the Standing Committee on Government Operations.
