Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Monday, January 30, 2023, the committee resumed its study of U.S. countervailing and antidumping duties on Canadian exports of certain softwood lumber products.

The witnesses made statements and answered questions.

At 12:27 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:32 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

It was agreed, — That, pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the committee seek to hold one more meeting of a maximum of one hour on its study of impacts of the Underused Housing Tax on Canadian border communities, in order to invite CRA officials to brief Members and answer questions that arose from the previous meetings held on this topic.

At 12:37 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
