François Langlois moved,--Que le Sous-comité s'ajourne jusqu'à demain matin à 9 h 30 et que le témoin Jacques Courtois soit reconvoqué à ce moment afin qu'il donne les motifs pour lesquels il ne devrait pas être déclaré coupable d'outrage au Parlement suite à son refus caractérisé de répondre aux questions qui lui ont été posées relativement à la surveillance que le SCRS exerce ou a exercé à l'endroit de M. Lucien Bouchard, député de la circonscription de Lac-St-Jean, membre du Conseil privé du Canada et chef de l'opposition officielle et de M. Preston Manning, chef du Parti réformiste du Canada.

François Langlois moved,--Que le Sous-comité fasse rapport au Comité permanent de la justice et des questions juridiques lui demandant de faire rapport à la Chambre du fait que le témoin Jacques Courtois a de façon caractérisée systématiquement refusé de répondre à des questions précises concernant M. Lucien Bouchard, chef de l'opposition officielle et M. Preston Manning, chef du Parti réformiste du Canada et leur parti politique respectif quant à leur surveillance par le SCRS.
