The Sub-Committee resumed consideration of certain questions and issues raised in relation to disclosure on certain operations of the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS): The Heritage Front Case; and

Pursuant to Standing Order 81(7), the Sub-Committee began consideration of the Security Intelligence Review Committee Outlook on Program Priorities and Expenditures 1995-96 to 1997-98.

Jacques Courtois made an opening statement and with Maurice Archdeacon, answered questions.
