ORDER OF THE DAY:

In accordance with its mandate under Standing Order 108(2), the Committee resumed its study of the current policies of the Government of Canada for contracting out its services to the private sector and study whether they are effective and efficient in the delivery of services to Canadians so that their interest are best served.
