In accordance with the Order of Reference adopted by the House of Commons on Tuesday, February 28, 1995 the Committee proceeded to the consideration of the Main Estimates for the fiscal year ending March 31, 1996 and pursuant to Standing Order 81(7), the Committee proceeded to the consideration of the Treasury Board's Outlook document on priorities and expenditures 1995-96 to 1997-98.
