Today we are considering Bill C-92, an act to amend the Canadian Wheat Board Act.

We have with us today the parliamentary secretary to the minister, Mr. Vanclief. Welcome. Do you have an opening statement?

Mr. Lyle Vanclief (Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Agriculture and Agri-food): The only opening statement I have is that Howard Migie is with me, and we see no reason why we can't move right to clause-by-clause on this bill and deal with what needs to be dealt with.
